About the Role
As a Business Management Assistant at Omega Enterprises, you will be part of our dynamic purchasing and organization team, taking on administrative tasks, coordinating processes, creating documents, and organizing daily office operations. You will also have the opportunity to gain insights into the daily life of a Business Management Assistant through a voluntary pre-internship.
Main Responsibilities
- You will support internal and external organizational processes and general office tasks.
- You will be responsible for processing correspondence and documentation.
- You will independently handle scheduling and coordination.
- You will manage office supplies.
- You will assist with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- You have completed at least the middle school leaving certificate.
- You have an affinity for organization and structured work.
- You have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- You are a team player with the ability to act independently.
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications.
What You'll Learn
You will learn the practical aspects of business management with us, and the responsible vocational school is also located in our region. Here, you will be taught 1-2 days a week, with a focus on business and commercial subjects, as well as data and text processing.
