About the Role

Cleveland Brothers CAT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Maintenance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels, and helping them to reduce owning and operating costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Monitoring and Tracking: Utilize software and web-based applications to monitor and track equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and repair.
  • Customer Communication: Coordinate maintenance and repair options with customers, providing professional communication and support.
  • Technical Research: Utilize Caterpillar technical information for research and analysis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop, generate, and review accurate daily, monthly, and annual reports, providing valuable insights to our customers and management team.
  • Team Support: Substitute for other positions in the department as needed, and provide support to other team members as required.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to learn and develop expertise with Caterpillar equipment, and an understanding of the operation of Caterpillar equipment, maintenance products, and industry needs.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including software and web-based applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, technical, analytical, and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize duties, work both independently and within a team, and provide solutions to complex problems.
