Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Create and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and forecasting job cost reports to ensure financial stability.
  • Contract Management: Issue and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Author project-related correspondence, conduct meetings, and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Train and develop personnel, resolving technical and contractual project issues, and managing labor associated with the projects.
  • Project Closeout: Create and execute project closeout plans, ensuring successful project completion and handover to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Construction Management or Engineering degree
  • Experience: 5 or more years of management experience in Water/Wastewater Construction
