About the Job

The Data Engineer, Analytics and Systems will play a crucial role in optimizing Human Resource analytics and connecting decision-makers to critical data. This position focuses on building and maintaining efficient HR systems, integrations, and reporting tools that support key HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test custom data engineering solutions, including extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, scripts, applications for enterprise data warehouses (EDW), servers, and HR systems.
  • Support and enhance existing ETL applications, including Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, Linux scripts, and Python programs.
  • Collaborate with users and analysts to develop dashboards, reports, and self-service data tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technical and business processes and maintain process documentation.
Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology (IT)-related positions.
  • 1+ years of experience in a system administrator, system engineer, or equivalent role.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Bash.
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
