  • Assist with Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school degree or equivalent required; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and GMPs, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out both oral and written instructions.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand and lift; work 12-hour rotating shifts; occasionally lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 pounds; work in a cold environment; tolerate exposure to flour and yeast materials; climb steps frequently.
