BDC Representative

George Moore Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth.

• Schedule and follow up on all sales inquiries and generate sales appointments
• Collaborate with sales associates and sales managers to ensure effective lead management and follow-up
• Utilize lead management tools to track and analyze customer interactions
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text message to provide exceptional customer service
• Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity in all interactions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00

The BDC Representative will work in a desk-based office environment, with a high level of computer usage and communication with customers via phone and email. Weekend, evening, and holiday hours may be required.
