Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of staff and trainees to guarantee a secure and efficient operation within designated Social Development areas. Evaluate candidates for employment and provide recommendations for hiring. Responsible for the oversight of personnel and may assume the role of Residential Supervisor in their absence.
  • Facilitate small group discussions, manage dormitory operations, coordinate services, and address issues as they arise.
  • Guide students in the execution of work assignments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for students, including dormitory activities, packing details, medication distribution, and work requests.
  • Accountable for the observation and evaluation of staff performance.
  • Restock dormitory supplies and prepare student belongings for transport.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies to each dormitory.
  • Guarantee that all Social Development programs and procedures are effectively implemented within the dormitory settings.
  • Provide training and support to both staff and students.
  • Offer constructive feedback and development plans for individuals not meeting performance expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with youth or in a related field, including supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week.
  • Possession of a valid State Driver's License.
