Job Title: Family Intervention Specialist

At Youth Villages, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with families to provide intensive home-based therapy and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive home-based therapy to families, including individual and group sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings to ensure high-quality services
  • Document progress and outcomes in a web-based system
  • Be available for on-call support to families during the week and one weekend per month

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology
  • At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and families, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
