Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide direct care and support to patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and crisis intervention to patients
  • Assisting with daily living activities and skill-building exercises
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have relevant experience in mental health or a related field. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are essential:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs)
