Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bradford, New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the success of our bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend additional products and services.
  • Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
  • Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute to meeting branch goals in various categories, including deposits and loans.
  • Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and follow through with customers.
Requirements:
  • An interest and experience in customer service.
  • A working knowledge of Windows.
