We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team at Maplewood Mill Pond LLC. This per-diem position offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose your schedule while making a profound difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
  • Engage residents through interaction and conversation, as well as programs and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met, providing a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, assisting residents with room maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant registration
  • Experience working with seniors, with a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members
  • In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
