Job Overview- We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee our projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of construction experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience working on $5M+ projects. They will be motivated to lead and learn, with polished communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all projects are built to drawings and specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors to coordinate efforts and maintain project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and financials.
- Collaborate with site superintendents to ensure safe working conditions and clean sites.
- A highly competitive salary up to $120K (dependent on experience).
