Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at All Star Staffing - Andover, MA. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including communicating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
