Job Summary

As a Transmission Lineman at MasTec Utility Services, you will play a critical role in constructing and maintaining high-voltage transmission lines. Our team tackles complex projects, and we're looking for skilled professionals to join us in delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform construction, maintenance, or repair work of transmission lines
  • Install and maintain wood poles and steel towers of all heights
  • Operate and maintain vehicles and specialized equipment used in the electric utility industry
  • Safely identify primary and secondary voltage on a circuit
Requirements
  • Knowledge in grounding, dead ending, and sag wire
  • Proficient in climbing different types of structures
  • Valid and current state Driver's License
  • Up to 100% travel required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid and current Class A CDL
  • Leadership Training
  • Completion of Lineman School
  • Completion of Apprenticeship Program
