Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Loma Linda Staffing. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary

The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical interviews, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet productivity expectations and adhere to agency policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
  • Valid California license to practice in a mental health field
  • At least 3 years of post-degree experience in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
