Vascular Surgeon Opportunity in Central Maine

The Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute (CMHVI) is seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon to join its established program in Lewiston-Auburn, Maine. As a key member of the Service Line division, the successful candidate will provide a wide range of vascular care services, including complex peripheral revascularizations, aortic reconstruction, and endovascular procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of vascular surgical procedures, including revascularizations, reconstructions, and endovascular interventions.
- Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, cardiology, and trauma surgery teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Work in a dedicated Endovascular Suite, Pre and Post cardio-vascular unit, and a functional hybrid OR with the latest in portable C-Arm technology.
- Participate in the development and implementation of vascular surgery protocols and guidelines.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery Fellowship training program.
- 3+ years of experience in vascular surgery.
- ABS certification in vascular surgery.
- Ability to work as a team within the CMHVI service line.
