Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the current finance portfolio, including process improvements and refinements.
  • Support the implementation of new financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and implement business improvement projects to enhance financial performance.
  • Provide expert-level support for finance-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or corporate business environment.
  • 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a strong understanding of finance module functionality.
  • Experience working in an end-user environment, assisting and supporting end-users.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and administer business projects, including project scope definition and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, clarify, and document business project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance module experience in at least 3 of the following Oracle modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Project Module.
