Regional Director of Operations-Southeast Job Description

The Goodman Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Operations to lead our Southeast region. As a key member of our Senior Living & Healthcare Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our skilled nursing and senior housing communities in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach leaders and staff to foster a team-oriented environment
  • Maintain physical plant at high standards typical of The Goodman Group communities
  • Establish and maintain proactive community partnerships to promote The Goodman Group mission and Platinum Service
  • Build high-performance teams and plan for their professional development
  • Actively participate in industry groups/associations and lobby officials at local and state levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5+ years managing multiple skilled nursing and senior housing communities
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Active SNF Administrator's license
  • Strong leadership qualities, including ability to effectively lead and coach leaders and staff
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
