We are seeking a highly skilled IONM Technologist Per Diem to join our team at Huntington Hospital. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of neurophysiology.

About the Role

This per diem position will involve working closely with our neurophysiology team to monitor a wide range of surgical procedures, including neurosurgery, otolaryngology, vascular, and orthopedic cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical neurophysiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the neurophysiology team to maintain high-quality standards and customer service
  • Participate in ongoing research and development of training modules to improve the field of IOM
  • Work flexible hours as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical neurophysiology, with 3-5 years preferred
  • Current Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification
  • Registration for Evoked Potential Technologists (R. EP T.) or equivalent

Huntington Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including an anticipated base compensation rate of $55.49 - $62.42 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
