We are seeking a highly skilled IONM Technologist to join our Neurophysiology team at Huntington Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor a wide range of surgical procedures, including neurosurgery, otolaryngology, vascular, and orthopedic cases, where neural structures are at risk.
  • Interact with other Neurophysiology team members to maintain department quality expectations and customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing and original research aimed at improving the field of IOM and developing training modules for self and team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Allied Health Care/Nursing credentials preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years, 3-5 years preferred prior clinical experience in a related neurodiagnostic field.
  • Current Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registration for Evoked Potential Technologists (R. EP T.)
