Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with production employees, quality assurance, and other maintenance technicians to optimize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures to maximize performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems, make changes, and maintain all plant equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Assist with efficient equipment changes and mold changes to meet production needs.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent equipment failure.
  • Monitor process, raw materials, and finished products to ensure quality.
  • Preserve plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • Record, document, and report various data.
Requirements
  • Good manual dexterity and concentration.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to reach within hands and arm's length, bend, stoop, walk, and stand consistently for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in small/confined spaces.
  • Education/Certifications/Skills:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
    • Basic PLC knowledge is a plus, but not required.
    • Basic ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
    • Sound problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail.
  • Level 1 Experience:
    • 1-3 yrs. of related experience.
  • Level 2 Experience:
    • 4-6 yrs. of related experience.
  • Level 3 Experience:
    • 7-10 yrs. of related experience.
  • Level 4 Experience:
    • 11+ yrs. of related experience.
What We Offer

Adecco US, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $52,000.00 to $72,800.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
