Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel guest rooms exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the graded room inspection program to ensure high-quality guest rooms
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify areas for improvement
  • Coach and discipline housekeeping team members as needed to ensure high-quality service
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in ordering hotel supplies and managing the Recognition and Retention program
  • Prepare weekly department schedules and track labor hours to stay within budget
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure that all team members are following proper safety procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • One to three years' experience in hotel guest room service and/or hotel operations
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel preferred
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming License.
