About the Role

The Supervisor of Radiology Services provides leadership, supervision, and coordinates department activities, ensuring safety to both patients and staff. Directs all human resource functions of the department, including overseeing training and ensuring staff competencies, ensuring safe staffing levels. Develops and manages budget to meet department, meets organizational and patient safety goals, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associates Degree, Graduate of an AMA accredited program in radiologic technology preferred
  • Specialized training in any modality required
  • Supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions
  • Previous experience as a radiology technologist/Nuclear Medicine/Other modalities
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Current Basic Life Support /BCLS (AHA) certification

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $83,200.00 to $113,568.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
