Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and diligent Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to become a vital part of our team at the Carolina Inn at Village Green. This role is designed for part-time engagement, with a requirement for weekend and holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining spaces
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is organized and tidy
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Physical capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time role with shifts available from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
