We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Support Clinical and Process Improvements: Provide facilitation, coordination, and support to clinical and process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze Data and Metrics: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop reports to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and Implement Quality Improvement Projects: Design, develop, and implement quality improvement projects to improve patient care, reduce risk, and enhance the patient experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Washington Registered Nurse License: A current Washington state registered nurse license is required.
- 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Quality Improvement Theories and Methods: Experience with quality improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods is preferred.
