Production Specialist

We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team in Centralia, WA. As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in our production process, operating in a team-based environment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing Washer functions, including placing cylinders on a conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeves, and peeling labels.
  • Dispatching cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
  • Completing Paint Line operations, including loading cylinders in a tank hanger, applying paint bag applicators, and unloading tank hangers.
  • Operating Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing) equipment.
  • Manually checking for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
  • Performing cylinder refurb operations based on work station.
  • Stacking finished product and checking for quality assurance.

Requirements include:

  • Possessing integrity and a good work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
  • Ability to work overtime, as required.
  • Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
