Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central hub of the revenue cycle process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all practices and groups.
  • Work closely with leaders to receive guidance, direction, and prioritization of duties, as well as collaborate with practices, providers, and staff to enact changes and develop new processes.
  • Coach and train individuals to adopt best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Interface with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and revenue management.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • At least two years of medical billing experience, with a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare regulations.
