About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our residential construction projects in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential production building and supervisory or management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for quality home construction, ensuring timely and economical completion.
  • Oversight of homes to ensure they meet company standards, involving managerial input as needed.
  • Management of personnel, materials, budgets, schedules, and contracts, selecting and coordinating the best resources for each project.
  • Monitor and direct the progress of multiple projects, maintaining safe, clean, and compliant job sites.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze complex information, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with various individuals.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and achieve high performance standards.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including job costing and scheduling software, and effective communication with vendors and trades.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
