  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with departmental leaders and guide cross-functional teams to merge financial planning with business operations, enhancing strategic alignment and propelling business success in the real estate sector.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends and real estate cycles, utilizing analytics to provide insights into market dynamics and predict potential impacts on the company's projects and strategies. Stay informed on industry regulations and economic conditions that affect the business, advising on necessary adjustments to financial practices and strategies.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of regulatory changes and assess economic conditions impacting the real estate industry, adjusting financial strategies to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of FP&A experience, ideally within the architecture or real estate development industries.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in financial software, including Deltek ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
