Job Title: Senior IT Audit ConsultantJob Summary:
The University of Notre Dame is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Audit Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Audit and Advisory Services department, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating IT risk areas, providing key input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan, and performing audit procedures to ensure the University's IT systems and security are in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate IT risk areas and provide key input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan
• Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
• Conduct interviews, review documents, develop and administer surveys, compose summary memos, and prepare working papers
• Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
• Communicate or assist in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Trustees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in management information systems, computer science, or a related field
• At least three years of full-time experience in IT systems or data security or a certification (CISA, CPA, or CIA) may each substitute for one year of required experience
• CISA, CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional certification
• A graduate degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• IT audit experience in higher education
• Ability to obtain security clearance as necessary
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 40 hours per week
• 12 months per year

• Competitive salary range up to $120,000, commensurate with experience
