Job Title

Sales Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in the Bridgewater/Raritan area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze data through Salesforce.com to identify trends and opportunities
  • Perform value analysis on current sales and make recommendations for marketing initiatives
  • Assist in qualifying sales leads and preparing them for the Sales Manager
  • Manage contract renewal lists and distribute reports to Sales Manager and management
  • Provide administrative sales support, including preparing proposals, lease agreements, and reports

Qualifications and Benefits

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
