About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties, the nation's largest private owner and operator of manufactured home communities. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Manager in managing resident relations, handling complaints and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales, occupancy rates, and resident retention.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of general office experience, preferably in property management or sales.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Valid operator's license, good driving record, and insurability under the Company's policy.
Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commissions and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and 401K.
