Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team at CentraCare. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with patients of all ages to prevent, assess, alleviate, or correct communication, swallowing, or other speech-related disorders.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, conducting diagnostic tests/procedures, establishing treatment plans, and providing treatments/services accordingly. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary: $72,750.29 per year (with potential for increase based on experience)

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current State of Minnesota registration as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA or certification upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
