PSM Coordinator

Midway Staffing is seeking a highly skilled PSM Coordinator to join our team. As a PSM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ammonia refrigeration facilities.

• Participate in monthly Corporate PSM Coordinator conference calls to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company initiatives.
• Attend the annual Kraft Heinz Ammonia Safety & Best Practices Workshop to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Network with the Kraft Heinz PSM Team to remain aligned and informed on company direction and initiatives.
• Coordinate utilities and facilities planning and scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in a 3-year PSM Compliance Audit at another facility to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Schedule and coordinate quarterly updates with the facility manager and affected employees on all PHA open items.
• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure all changes are properly documented and implemented.
• Provide PSM leadership across all shifts to establish, organize, plan, and implement the PSM program and corporate ammonia initiatives.
