Job DescriptionJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled PSM Coordinator to join our team at Midway Staffing. This is a temp-to-hire role with a competitive hourly rate of $30.

Shift Details: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in monthly Corporate PSM Coordinator conference calls to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Attend the annual Kraft Heinz Ammonia Safety & Best Practices Workshop to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Network with the Kraft Heinz PSM Team to remain aligned and informed on corporate initiatives.
- Develop and implement utilities and facilities planning and scheduling processes.
- Participate in a 3-year PSM Compliance Audit at another facility to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Schedule and coordinate quarterly updates with facility managers and affected employees on PHA open items.
- Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
- Provide PSM leadership across all shifts to establish, organize, plan, and implement the PSM program and corporate ammonia initiatives.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of PSM regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
