WHAT WE SEEK IN A CULINARY AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER
This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the café and bar operations within our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate is a personable individual who is approachable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests, who will have access to breathtaking outdoor attractions.

The Culinary and Beverage Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee the daily functions of the café and bar, ensuring that we meet our established standards for beverage quality and guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

Your responsibilities will include promoting and expanding the business, leading a talented team, and ensuring that patrons enjoy outstanding food and drink service.

You will also be involved in organizing promotional events, maintaining necessary licenses, updating vendor agreements, creating staff schedules, and setting strategic objectives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

It is essential to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the bar and café in alignment with our brand identity.

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and manage challenging situations with ease.

To excel in this role, you should be observant, capable of critical thinking, and efficient in your decision-making.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences are essential.

The Culinary and Beverage Operations Manager will also collaborate with vendors and stay informed about industry trends and developments.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of five years of experience in a hospitality or bar environment.
• Strong grasp of business management and financial principles.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage conflicts and de-escalate tense situations.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in delegating tasks and optimizing resources.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
