We are seeking a Client Relationship Professional to join our team in the College Station area. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for offering a range of retail banking deposit and credit products and services, and analyzing tactical business challenges related to full-service banking experience.

This role requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to work proactively, innovatively, and creatively to meet client needs. You will also need to possess knowledge and understanding of book of business processes, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention. Additionally, you must be able to follow policies, procedures, and regulations, and have high motivation with the ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. You should also have successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations, and possess knowledge and understanding of financial services consumer lending products.

Requirements:

Compensation:

$40 per hour
