Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to provide instruction within the guidelines established by the Organization and specific departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and making a positive impact in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides instruction and assesses curriculum to meet participant needs and program objectives.
- Develops recruitment techniques and recruits program participants, and provides assessment and intake services.
- Records individual and group progress, and compiles and analyzes statistics for reports.
- Participates in staff meetings, in-service training, and organization activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- 3 years of experience in service provision.
Work Arrangement:
This role is eligible for a hybrid or remote work arrangement. The employee may be required to report to any one of our locations on a temporary or permanent basis.
Physical Demands:
- The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
- The employee must be able to stoop, kneel, and/or crawl.
