We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be the face of VitalCaring Group when interacting with referral sources. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate the perfect balance of patient care and operational efficiency, ensuring a smooth transition home for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Deliver exemplary care to patients along the care continuum
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral sources
  • Champion communication among and between care teams
  • Own individual sales goals
Requirements:
  • RN license, valid state driver's license, and reliable transportation
  • Two years clinical experience; one year of home health or healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Established healthcare contacts with data of achieving referral goals within the market preferred
