Job DescriptionThe AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate plays a crucial role in selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards set by America's Largest Automotive Retailer. Key responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and meeting productivity targets.
Requirements- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive to meet targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation's standards
- Over 1 year of automotive sales experience
- Ability to exceed established sales and customer service goals
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
