The selected candidate will assume the role of a Picker/Packer, focusing on the unboxing of merchandise, extracting items, logging them into a digital system, and ensuring a tidy workspace in a fast-paced setting. The individual must be capable of lifting weights up to 50lbs and executing repetitive bending and lifting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently select items from stock.
- Prepare items for shipment by packaging them appropriately.
- Utilize scanning technology to record item details into the inventory system.
- Conduct inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Implement Quality Control (QC) measures to ensure product standards are met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Kitting, which involves assembling various components into kits for distribution.
- Familiarity with Deboxing, the process of removing products from their original packaging.
Skills and Education
- Picking: Selecting items from storage locations.
- Packing: Preparing items for shipment.
- Scanning: Inputting item information into databases using scanning devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with product standards.
Shift Availability
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at $16.11/hour.
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM at $16.61/hour.

Pay Range: $16.11 to $16.61 per hour.
