Job Title: Senior RF Power Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Power Design Engineer to join our team at XP Power. As a key member of our RF Power Products division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and debugging high frequency, high efficiency power amplifiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high frequency power amplifiers with high efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage and direct a team of development engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Provide clear and concise proposals and results to the management team and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in RF power design and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and bringing power conversion products to market.
  • Experience with high frequency power amplifier design, simulation, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of RF/Analog/Digital control modeling and simulation.
  • Experience with Altium circuit design and layout, MATLAB, AWR simulation, and SolidWorks tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
