Job Title: Outlet Ambassador

At Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Outlet Ambassador to join our team. As an Ambassador, you will be the face of our resort, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, courteous service to all Longboard Club guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Set up and maintain your station, including opening, running, and closing side work, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist guests with the wine cruvinet system and service the PM cheese cart, showcasing your knowledge of our specialty wine and cheese program.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of Longboard Club, including furniture and service areas, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Replenish towels and take special care of Longboard Club Cabana reservation guests, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists according to standards, ensuring all tasks are completed and our guests are satisfied.
  • Process credit card charges, follow all cash handling policies, and prepare closing reports for night audit.
  • Clear and clean tables when guests leave, return glasses to be washed, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local state laws.
  • A minimum of 2 years of high-volume cocktail or full restaurant service experience.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
