Key Qualifications:Essential Skills:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of OFAC or BSA/AML regulations.
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and Process Mapping.
- Experience with MRA (Model Risk Assessment).
We are looking for a proficient Business Analyst with the following capabilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Ability to gather and articulate requirements effectively.
- Documentation: Skill in writing comprehensive user stories.
- Traceability: Ensuring requirements are tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates holding CBAP certifications from the IIBA are highly preferred.
