Production Technician

BlueTriton Brands is a leading provider of spring and purified water products, offering a portfolio of highly recognizable and responsibly sourced products.
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team in Kingfield, ME. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality products are sent to customers, and adhering to safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment
- Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output
- Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and improve efficiency
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including efficiency, production, and downtime
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including start-up and handover meetings
- Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
