Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Oversee scheduled and off-line appointments to address emergency and routine plumbing issues
  • Review work orders and create material orders to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Perform quality control inspections of shops and work sites, providing training and guidance to staff as needed
  • Estimate job requirements and specifications, working with Capital Projects and developments to abate emergencies and review plan specifications
  • Review blueprints, attend pre-bid and pre-design meetings, and inspect contract work to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Perform administrative duties, including record-keeping and reporting
Requirements
  • Seven (7) years of recent, satisfactory, full-time, paid experience as a plumber, with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
