About the Role

Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Tech Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Tech Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of projects and sprints, working closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to establish project plans, resource requirements, and task allocation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and applications, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead and liaise with software engineers and other technical teams to resolve impediments, incidents, and issues.
  • Design, manage, and execute test and quality assurance for solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of users through human, digital, and physical interactions.
  • Work closely with business product owners and software engineers on regular deployment of product features, ensuring system availability and SLA.
  • Conduct maintenance and technology lifecycle management on applications and systems, ensuring compliance to ICT Governance policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in project management, business analysis, and system operation.
  • Preferably more than 3 years of relevant experience in agile project management.
  • Strong experience in managing business, IT, and senior stakeholders, with a sound understanding of technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
  • Familiarity with Government Instruction Manual 8 and containers, microservices, DevOps, and AWS Cloud technologies.
