Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team as a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide. As a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Support clients with dementia, medication management, and other special needs
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • 0-2 years' experience in home health care or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
  • Current Photo ID and Social Security card
  • Drug screen and full physical within the last 6 months
  • Two professional references
