Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GPM Investments. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Upsell and suggest products to customers, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
