- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
- Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute operating room environment or completion of department orientation or RN residency program
